There are few things that can properly convey the healing power of forgiveness.  Life can be, and often is, hard.  Lack, rejection, abuse, guilt and shame, to name a few.  We've discovered that it's only when you truly surrender and say, "Jesus, help me," is when He extends His hand to you. "Imagine me," by Kirk Franklin is a song that conveys this wonderfully. Allow this song minister to you as Kirk shares what it feels like to have the past: "Gone." If you begin to cry, that would be God touching your soul.
